Timothy Fratta

Tim has been working in renewables for the last 15 years, initially in the Operations & Maintenance area—the people that keep the wind turbines spinning and the solar panels producing—and then moving up the value chain to asset management and development of new solar power plants.

Tim’s career has seen him operate in various industries and countries. It started with a degree in agricultural sciences for the University of Pisa in Italy, working with livestock feed supplier Ralston Purina (today Cargill). Then, a ten year stint in automotive manufacturing and a business degree from the University of Virginia eventually led to roles in renewable energy.

He is happily settled in North Carolina and enjoys working with North Carolinians to bring affordable, resilient and clean renewable energy to the grid.
